The Bees of Bensham podcast is now available to listen to. Created by Mattie, a writer and perfomer from Northumberland, the series of podcasts involves interviews with some of the artists, ecologists, naturalists, bee experts and enthusiasts and residents involved in the project. This includes, amongst others Ben Jones, Director and Founder of Dingy Butterflies; Bees of Bensham lead artist and beekeeper, Barbara Keating; Phil Macari, Ecology and Community Rewilding Director, Climate Action North and Founder and Director of Wildcraft; Freelance Naturalist Mark Welfare; Bees of Bensham symposium key speaker and bee enthusiast Brigit Strawbridge, Dr Mark Goddard, from the department of Geography and Environmental Sciences, Northumbria University; Federica Paradiso, PhD researcher in Geography and Environmental Sciences, Northumbria University; as well as residents and participants of the project.
